Getting out the door should be the hard part. This concept puts the next run at the center of the screen, with a readable route and a prominent start action.
The design decisions
Strong contrast separates actions from information. A short navigation bar makes the main areas easy to reach, and the activity summary keeps the useful details together.
From concept to an application
A production brief would cover location permissions, activity tracking, account privacy, device testing, and accessible interaction before the first release.
